Marianjoy experts will share practical info on resources available, the importance of the caregiver’s emotional & social well-being, and how to hire a caregiver should the need arise. The presentation will also include a demonstration on strengthening exercises for the caregiver to help avoid injuries, proper body mechanics to  use during lifts & transfers, the use of transfer aids, and info & resources for spe- cialized equipment.
